Dustroid General Features

Dustroid is a Continuous Air Particle Monitoring system for measuring the concentration of dust particles in ambient air. By using external modules, meteorological parameters such as wind speed and wind direction can be monitored to determine the PM distribution and effect of dust levels in the environment. Dustroid is an ideal choice for dust exploration in areas with dust-laden activities such as construction, mining, quarrying, ports, metallurgical processes and more. The monitor is technologically advanced and works with Active Sampling to count particulate matter using a highly sensitive laser beam. Our smart optical particle counter can measure data with high accuracy and send them to GSM, WiFi, LORA etc. can transmit through various data communication modules such as

Dustroid Smart

Dustroid Smart is an air particle tracking device specially developed to monitor dust particles in the environment. Dustroid Smart is a compact and connected optical particle counter that offers near real-time particulate matter counting. Easy to install and minimal space requirements for installation make it a scalable solution for building a dense network of data points. Globally, 25% of urban air pollution is caused by particulate matter. Particulate matter is one of the most harmful pollutants. It causes various health hazards such as non-fatal heart attacks, irregular heartbeat, aggravated asthma, decreased lung function. Other activities, such as charcoal and charcoal burning, also play an important role in increasing particulate matter levels. Our smart optical particle counter can transmit data via GSM, WiFi, LORA etc. It can transmit through various data communication modules such as Additionally, it has an internal memory backup to ensure no data is lost in case of network failure.

Parameters

  • Ultra Fine Particulate Matter (PM1) – UFPM

Data Accessibility

  • Dust Data Overview
  • Micro-analysis Dashboard
  • Historical Data Analytics
  • Dust Quality Report
  • Smart Alerts
  • Historical Data-set Download
  • Dust Data is also accessible using secured HTTP/MQTT APIs. Using the APIS, the data can be published on Public Display, Smart TVs, Websites (using widget), and Mobile Apps. Thus, by building conditional algorithms and logic on the realtime dust data, automated dust suppression is possible.
